Important dates to GUARANTEE Christmas delivery... 2022!

Orders made by 1pm on December 9th will be sent out in time for Christmas. After that we can still send out items we hold in stock (please email for stock levels) for orders placed by 1pm on December 19th.

DUE TO THE ONGOING INDUSTRIAL ACTION BY THE CWU OUR LAST SHIPPING DATE WILL BE 19th DECEMBER but we are unable to guarantee delivery before Christmas.

We will do our absolute best to get orders out in time for the big day! 

 

PS Clothing returns policy

What's your return policy?

We try to be as understanding as possible, however please note all personalised items are non-refundable*. If you return an item within 28 days of receipt we will give you back the amount you paid for the item, or offer an exchange whichever you prefer and without too many questions asked. If you are returning items bought using a discount or on offer we will simply adjust the refund accordingly.

*You may return anything that does not reach the high quality expectations that our clothing has – this includes manufacturers faults but not dog eaten, chicken pecked or those that have been through the lawnmower!

Garments that have been personalised  ie; embroidered or printed to your specifications including club logos are exempt from "Distance Selling Regulations" and we cannot accept returns unless the item is faulty.

Orders placed for personalised clothing cannot be altered, suspended or cancelled except with the company's written consent and on terms, which will indemnify the Company against loss.

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at here.

 

How long does it take to process my returns?

We try to process returns as quickly as possible, but it can take up to 21 days when we're very busy or items aren't in stock.

Please enclose a brief note as to why you are returning and if you would prefer a refund or exchange. Please include a cheque made payable to PS Clothing for £8.40 to cover returns postage costs.

 

What happens if I don't like the items or they do not fit?

No problem. Just send the item back to us and, depending on your preferences and stock levels, we'll either exchange it or give you a full refund (excluding postage costs). Please provide details about what is wrong with the item and how you would like this corrected. (We can not accept returns for  personalised** items)

 ** All items that are personalised with either a slogan of your choice or from the PS logo list are MADE to order & therefore personalised to your requirements.

 The items need to be in the original packaging where it forms part of the goods (for example, boxed goods, garments and gift items). Where an item has a return policy swing ticket attached, it must still be attached and undamaged upon return. Return postage is at your own cost and risk.

 

Why don't you always offer free returns when most of your competitors do?

We thought about this, but most companies that offer this absorb the costs in other areas. We don't want to do that, so decided to keep things as clear as possible by letting you know from the offset that it's our policy to charge for returns. We do sometimes offer free returns during special promotions.
